Order Acceptance & Cancellation

XO Trendz reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. In the event that an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. Such refunds shall be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Pricing, Promotions & Modifications

All prices displayed on the XO Trendz platform are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

XO Trendz reserves the unilateral right to:

• Modify, adjust, or amend product prices at any time without prior notification.
• Introduce, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing campaigns at our sole discretion.
• Update product listings, specifications, and availability as deemed necessary.

Any price changes or promotional adjustments shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted by XO Trendz.

Delivery & Third-Party Logistics

XO Trendz utilises third-party courier services, including but not limited to PickMe Flash and PickMe Courier, for the fulfilment of deliveries. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier partner and are not guaranteed by XO Trendz.
• Once the order has been handed over to the designated courier service, XO Trendz shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay caused by the courier, its drivers, or any associated third parties.
• The Customer accepts full responsibility for providing accurate delivery information. XO Trendz shall not be liable for misdelivery or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
• In the event that a tracking link is provided, it is the Customer's responsibility to monitor the status of the shipment.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

XO Trendz operates a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than those explicitly outlined below.

Exceptions — Manufacturing Defects:

In the event that a product is delivered with a significant manufacturing defect that materially affects its usability or appearance, XO Trendz may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

• Partial refund — a proportionate compensation reflecting the nature and severity of the defect.
• Store credit — a credit note valid for future purchases on the XO Trendz platform.
• Replacement — subject to stock availability and at the sole discretion of XO Trendz.

All claims regarding defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. XO Trendz reserves the right to assess the validity of any claim and determine the appropriate remedy.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

XO Trendz endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that:

• Product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.
• Colour representations are exact — variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography techniques, and individual screen settings.
• Sizing information is a guide only; customers are encouraged to refer to our Size Chart for approximate measurements.

XO Trendz reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XO Trendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of XO Trendz exceed the total purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the XO Trendz website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the exclusive property of XO Trendz or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Amendments to These Terms

XO Trendz reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the XO Trendz platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
